Magically, on Nov 19 the Nov 18 images appeared there.

Apologies - I checked earlier and found that something (as yet
unknown) had stalled in the build process. I killed the build VM and
it looks like we got the rest of the builds out.

I've not had time to look any further yet; live builds are not my
priority, as I've said before.
