Good morning. I've been trying to install your DISTRO -
debian-testing-amd64-netinst for weeks which has a big BUG; KERNEL
MISSING. But don't you test your work? At this point if you can't solve
the problem, stop distributing distros that don't work on the net.
You're wasting people's time

^^^^^^^

You should note that the version you grabbed is the one we're currently
testing.

Well, of course we do. e.g.:

https://openqa.debian.net/tests/overview?result=failed&result=incomplete&result=timeout_exceeded&distri=debian&version=testing&build=20241205_1620-testing-amd64&groupid=10

As you've discovered, it is currently broken, as reported here:

Given that we're a world-wide volunteer effort, if we didn't distribute
test images on the Internet, it's not obvious how they could ever get tested
(there's no corporate headquarters, nor an in-house test team).

The stable release however has survived rather a lot of testing, and is
generally quite decent -- I recommend you give that a try instead.

It is linked to prominently on the https://debian.org website (note the
"Download" button) -- just in case, the link is:

https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-12.8.0-amd64-netinst.iso

Have fun, and good luck.

Cheers, Phil.
